The paper work update...waiting on our FBI fingerprint cards to come back. Once we have those, then our social worker can finish our home study. We would like to thank those friends and family who are working on letters of referance for us; and thanks to John's uncle Bob for getting an offical letter stating that we really are married. It appears that the Russian Federation does not believe that we are married since we got married in Jamaica. So many thanks to uncle Bob, the judge, for his connections. I think John was hoping that this was his way out - to bad!!
At this point we have all the documents done for them to match us up with a child. Hopefully this will come very soon - so the wait continues.

That's great that John's uncle could help you! By the way, our fingerprints came back very quickly. At the time, we did not know how fast we would need them. I hope yours return quickly, too! Good luck with your remaining documents!
